Looking to hire a web developer

OK, I know a few people read my blog (not sure why since I hardly update it). But for those who still do read, do you know of any good web developers that are looking for a job in the Atlanta, GA area?

The ideal candidate should be very proficient with HTML, JavaScript and CSS since we are heavily involved in client-side web applications. A big plus would be if they know XML/XSLT since you all know my obsession with XSLT. A lot of our projects involve pulling XML out of Domino, SQL, whatever, and then transforming this data into whatever we want in the browser.

Again, let me stress that I'm looking for a "web developer" and therefore it doesn't matter too much to me what type of back-end database experience they have. Sure, it would be nice if they also new Domino and Domino Designer along with IIS/SQL and Visual Studio.NET but this is not required.

Oh, and this "web developer" has to know how to develop client-side apps that work in other browsers besides just IE!! In fact, one of their first assignments will be to help us update our web apps so that they work in Mozilla based browsers AND Safari for the Mac.

So, if you know of anyone that can help us out, send an email to jratcliff _at_ rocktenn.com Thanks!

What? No document.all? No showModalDialog()? No outerHTML? Can applications really be done that way? <laughing mode="uncontrollably"/>

If only you could move up the map a bit to where Canadians don't melt....
